Easy to find and close parking, courteous and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, varied breakfast menu with helpful staff, friendly and courteous overall staff.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. We loved the fresh complimentary cookies at the front desk, and it was such a nice touch that they would make more when they were running low. the location of the hotel was perfect, with Sherpa Mall and the Royal Museum just a short walk away. the shuttle service provided by the kind gentleman was also a great perk. Breakfast was a highlight for us, with a wide variety of delicious food options and real plates, glasses, and silverware instead of disposable plastic. we can't say enough good things about Woodland. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 😉.

This place is located in the central area of the city, making it convenient for us to explore all the attractions on foot. The staff here always try to provide excellent service, from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a welcome drink to the moment we checked out. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and all the necessary toiletries provided. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served here every morning, filling us up for a day of exploring.

The only downside we experienced was the noise from the nearby Woodland Club on one night, but overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to many popular shops, restaurants, and malls. the hotel staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini bar and complimentary WIFI. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which exceeded my expectations with a variety of tasty options.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the swimming pool area was not as well maintained as I would have liked, and it could have been cleaner.

Great Christmas experience with friendly staff and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is perfect with lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was a bonus, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

It was a bit noisy at night, and the breakfast options were limited. the hotel was slightly overpriced for what was offered.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city as it is in front of few good malls and close to the bus route. the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. the bathrooms are fantastic with great over-sized rain heads. the breakfast is delicious with something for everyone and healthy options. the bar and lounge area is great for a casual drink with friends.

The hotel could benefit from having more facilities such as a pool or gym.

Located in the heart of the city, right at the start of Durbar Marg, one of the posh and happening places, this hotel offers a superb location. It is close to the main shopping area, with good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast is fabulous, with a wide variety of options available. the hotel also offers small meeting areas and a pool to enjoy.

There can be some disturbance at night due to the adjacent disco or dance bar.
